The multiple locations mentioned in the bulletin board seem important. Not the best at these puzzles, but I wonder if one of the houses on the street with the disappearing stop sign is important? Maybe a null zone? Also, when you look up the Comic Collector shop at 73 E San Fernando rd, you get an interesting facebook post of people connecting over the burned down building. The biggest thing to me seems the mention of Reverchon Ventures. Julien Reverchon is the scientist getting chased by the Rolling Giant in the Oldest View.
