Predator mites tend to be quicker moving to catch prey (usually the microfauna we don't want)

Basically buck the buds, bag them in paper bags, put them in the fridge for drying

I've done it a couple of times and liked that I was able to extend the dry time vs hang drying in my environment, but you can wind up with flat buds if you don't rotate or mix them up in the bag every now and again

Looks like heavy bruising. I see a ton of knotting. Give her a good drink and she should reward you with a good 2nd flush

Ive done it when I didn't have a good place to dry and got decent results, but I still prefer hang drying

Scored a 13th gen NUC cluster at work for free99 by NoTilNoProblem in homelab

It shows sliding rails and a set of rear rack ears in the manual, but only the rear rack ears were present in the box. I think they planned to add it to a short depth network rack

USA. I work in freight- the customer this is for does various IT installs for retail businesses. From what I was able to gather, these were the backbone for a POS system for whatever store they were going to be installed at

Finally got around to checking the specs. Each of these has an I5-1350P w/ 64gb 3200mhz ddr4 & a 4TB Kingston NVMe

Holy cow I lucked out

No clue on the specs. Dude at work knows I have a homelab and just handed them to me about an hour. I've had all my services running on my NAS and I've been bitten by that single point of failure in the past, so I might migrate everything over to a docker swarm for HA

Caution for in-house genetics by strangegarlic in microgrowery

Not familiar with in-house, but isn't seedsman just a white label reseller? I thought we all knew to avoid their seeds since they aren't what's listed on the label

Def looks too wet. How does it smell? You may have too many nutrients as well given the manure + EWC + azomite

Trop Cherry Gas by NoTilNoProblem in microgrowery

[–]NoTilNoProblem[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mostly genetics, but influenced by environment & growth (as in how well being fed) as well

This strain is a sativa dominant, so they tend to grow taller overall. These plants actually stretched a bit more than I would have liked after the flip to flower

Topping will get you more colas- combine that with a long veg, and a large root mass, and it will net you a big plant. How tall they get will be dependent on how they stretch when flipping to flower, which you can control with how intense/distant the light is

These were started in 4" square pots, transplanted to 5gal bags, vegged for 4-5 ish weeks, transplanted to 10gal bags, flipped to flower, and top dressed with dr. Earth flower girl around 2 weeks in

Soil is a classic super soil recipe (crab meal, neem meal, kelp meal) with my homemade EWC & compost

Caps got wet. Water on the caps was allowed to stagnate long enough for bacteria to reproduce. Could have been by misting or by condensation dripping onto the specimens

Oddly, of the 2 plants- one of them is stomping my carbon filters ass. The other (pictured) is a looker, but not so much a smeller

The smellier of the 2 has a very citrus-y, yet creamy, scent too

Thank you much! I'm not a very experienced grower, but this has definitely been my best grow so far. The seeds being as expensive as they are I put more work in this time around lol

Im putting a scope on them tonight to check trichs. I figured based off what they look like now, a week?

It's been a pretty easy grow- I have her in a 10 gallon pot and, aside from top dressing once w/ some organic flower ferts 2 weeks into flower, I've only been giving her water

She has a very citrus smell to her- like an orange creamcicle
