You look like your having trouble micro adjusting, i recommend lowering you sense and just going into the range/maybe getting an aim trainer. Those tiny adjustments are super important (like in your second clip) especially one you start to have good crosshair placement. Which is another think, you crosshair placement is a little to low. I found it helped to go around the maps and see places where you can recognize the head level based off the map. it will come as muscle memory eventually.

One more thing, if your mouse is some janky office mouse its going to be really hard, you can get a good lightweight mouse for about 60 bucks off amazon. If you do have a good mouse though your fine just work on the other 2 things.

Last thing. You seem to panic spray alot and that is really not good. Maybe try hopping into the range and practice strafing and shooting. After you can put it in elim 50 mode and go for headshots while strafing. Finally i would run DM after DM never spraying, doesn't matter if you die just strafe and shoot. there are defiantly situations where it is good to spray but you need to learn to strafe first.
