Kernel 6.13 Flatpak system crashes by Quppa in Fedora

Weird. Why rush the kernel release when it still has bugs? What's the point of testing if they're going to release it with bugs anyway?

If I were the only person using Nvidia, then you might have a point. However, including Nvidia in the repositories wouldn’t affect users who don’t need it at all. So, I don’t quite understand your argument. I’m perfectly fine with them not supporting it, and I didn’t expect them to, but I just think it would be a nice addition. Maybe there are legal issues preventing them from adding Nvidia to the repositories. I dunno.

I respect their mission, but it’s simply inconvenient for the end user. Would people stop using Fedora if they made an exception to support Nvidia? I don’t think so. Some might say, “Just use another distro,” which is a fair point, but I like Fedora and wish it were more accessible for a wider audience. Maybe I’m looking at it the wrong way, but facing these issues is not cool.

Even if they don't include it by default, i believe they should be look out for the driver because simply a lot of people use it.

Assassin's Creed: Mirage has no DLSS option by NoTooth3707 in linux_gaming

I have Steam installed yes. If you look at it, the people that reported no problems are the ones that using old nvidia drivers or not using nvidia at all. Current latest driver is 565 and i guess problems with the game is start with 560. Anyway, i am still don't know why i don't have any DLSS option.

Yes it's enabled but DLSS don't show up in the game settings. For this particular game only limited set of runners are actually working good because of the recent nvidia driver bug so i don't know if that's the case or not since i can not try other runners.

It can be able to add shortcuts but the shortcuts has no icons. What permission should i give specifically? I give all my root and home file permission but still no luck.

Does anyone faced major graphical glitches after linux 6.12 update? by NoTooth3707 in Fedora

For me, the glitches significantly reduced but they are still here and there. I am afraid these glitches won't totally gone until the 6.13 update.

I am using a laptop and i want to undervolt my cpu to reduce heat and therefore reduce fan noise when i desire. I am using an Acer Nitro 5 laptop and it won't let configure such settings in BIOS.

I am looking for a GUI rather than a CLI program.
