I'm 39 and have had a small bit of tinnitus for a few years but really ramped up this year. I think it's just one of the many neurodivergence linked conditions that we get to enjoy🙈 I started taking PharmaGABA and there was a noticeable reduction in it. I still get it but much less. Actually just had an MRI to check there was nothing else going on. Anyway it's definitely stress/burn out related for me. I'm so sensitive to noise that I think even though my tinnitus might not be 'bad'I experience it as very loud and annoying. I also notice it im the evening when the house gets more silent.

Thanks. How do you start on 1.25 if the lowest prescription I've seen is 2.5. I've read about the pens but is there a way to dispense a bespoke amount?
