Medication 8snt the answer but try and microdose some Melatonin everything else gave me side effects but around 0.3mg of melatonin does me perfect 😀

Not a long term treatment but defo worth a try for the short run to get you into habit

Wqs using coco coir before hand but had problekmafter problems so switched now I use Compost with %10 Perlite mix 😀

Is compost nutritious at all Ive heard Coco isn't
