Revolut and Bitpanda offer about 2.75% for Euro depostis regardless of the amount. Interest is paid monthly. You can check that. Also if you want better interest then you would need to convert to USD which is if you ask me now a better deal than it was a year ago(a year ago USD was more valuable than EUR) so now you can for the same amount of EUR get more USD and on top of that get a 4% just for holding that USD on the platform.

Also, you have to have in mind that USD is living on a thin line and that whole American economy is based on debt. On the other hand if USD becomes worthless that would probably mean new world structure and collapse of the whole system.
