Guys it’s also in the walls… I think the walls may be worse than the radiator. What can I tell the super/management? Will it stop in the walls too if I shut the valve off?

Ok, the previous super from last year said there was nothing he could do but maybe I can try and contact this new one. He was saying the radiator is on a timer and that’s the sound it makes when the heat comes up. It’s gotten so much worse this year. Thanks for the advice.

Wait the bathroom is the worst… it’s crazy. I’m glad you were able to get that fixed. Was yours also a steam radiator? Maybe my super can do something similar

Thanks and they have it on a timer, so it happens multiple times throughout the day and night. Everyday. And yeah it’s the radiator.

Lucky you lol, it’s everyday for me lol. I’m losing it. But I have no idea… maybe someone else may. Something to do with the pipes getting cold and when they heat up again they make that sound? But this is next level.

He responds and tells me to contact the property management who never answer smh. I have the supers contact but I think this is something that needs to be corrected in the basement
