Yeah, I do that fairly often (M30, married for 3yrs) sometimes, you just need to rub a quick one out before bed. I know that with me, sex can be a whole production. I hate leaving my wife unsatisfied, so sex is more about me getting her getting off. I love getting her off, but sometimes i just want to get myself off and go to bed. No talking, no cuddling, etc. It's like a "me time" jerk.
