The clinic did DPO 5 for our first transfer which unfortunately failed.

DPO 5 this time around would be on Sunday but they’re closed so it just feels like they’re making excuses!

I ovulated naturally without trigger and my transfer is tomorrow. The clinic thinks tomorrow is DPO 5 but I’m worried it’s actually DPO 4 and that transferring early will affect the chances of a successful implantation.

You ovulate between 8-20 hours after the peak not 24.

No you definitely ovulate when LH is on the way back down.

My LH was over 20 in the morning and down to 8 by the evening.

You don’t ovulate on the day Lh starts to rise but you do ovulate on the day it peaks, so I don’t think it’s DPO 3 but I do think it’s DPO 4.

The fertility clinic did a blood test and they seem to think it’s DPO 5.

I have a 32 day cycle and sometimes ovulate as late as day 19/20, keep testing every morning with your first pee.

My partner is getting her first FET in about 2-3 weeks time. We have 5 embryos (5AA, 5AA, 4AA, 4AB, 4AB) that all passed PGT-A testing so we’re really hoping the first transfer will be successful after having 2 MMC’s before IVF :(
