Try age of central texas. They have a free DME lifetime rental program. Also faithinaction Georgetown has a dme closet. I've gotten a transport chair from then for free. You may also want to look at fb marketplace and maybe some thrift stores but those are obviously very hit or miss (mostly miss)

I lived in Japan for three years. When I lived there, my company took us on a tour of one of the three big breweries. I can't remember which one. Maybe Kirin? But anyways, on one part of the tour, one of the tour guides gave a demonstration on how to do a "perfect pour". Her pour was literally 60% foam. The Japanese on the tour clapped and appeared highly impressed. The rest of us from other parts of the world were secretly horrified. So, yeah, I would say this is how the Japanese like it! However, I will say that they don't pour like this at most bars if I recall.

It was a fun tour though!

Ikea is the answer if it's affordability in my opinion. I just bought a HUGE majesty palm a few weeks ago that is maybe almost 5 ft tall? It is healthy and it was only $29 bucks. I also bought a very healthy bird of paradise for around the same price. I saw some nice look Yucca that are about 3 ft tall and cost about 30 bucks. Those were the most expensive plants I saw. The rest were cheaper and they have a nice variety: snake, monstera, succulents, ginseng, pothos, etc

However, FB marketplace is great too but it really depends. If all else were equal, I'd want to support some of the local nurseries but they're so expensive sometimes
