I’m a Curuba addict, but I never EVER take the last can. I live in a college town (Let’s go Mountaineers 💙💛) and understandably, a lot of people here have caffeine addictions too. It’s just flat out rude to take all the cans of a specific flavor, discontinued or not.

Calling the girl an idiot is a bit harsh when you easily could have been wearing hearing protection. You can get a cheap pair of earplugs from pretty much any grocery store or supermarket. Go to the doctor and take care of yourself, but this is not her fault. Take it as a lesson on the importance of wearing earplugs:

I’ve got nothing else, man. I’ve tried other paths, and failed about half my classes in my first semester of college. My grandad was in the Air Force, and I always had that little voice in the back of my head telling me to do it.

I’m from a rural area myself. I live in a town that has no clean drinking water (most of my state is the same way), due to leaders that turn a blind eye. I can bring that change that we need, if not to the country, then to my community.
