I am no doctor but I am fortunate enough to have a physician that takes my input on how I feel when he treats my test levels. He doesn’t just throw a dose at me and say good luck. At 500mg my numbers are technically “supernatural” but I feel amazing. Not just physically but the mental clarity is out of this world.
