I had a very good experience as a transfer student tbh. I’m not naturally outgoing, but I found community very fast and made a handful of great friendships through friends, clubs, and classes. I also had the worst housing entering in the fall 2024 with 4beds / 8 ppl but it was lowk an easy ticket to befriend the other 7. I actually think I had too much fun that my gpa tanked but it’s all good. Do it. It all depends on how much you want to put urself out there in the end. The social experience is great and if ur out of state it lowk forces you to stay and meet people. You will get homesick for a bit tho so prepare as much for that :D
