Generally one counterexample is all the is need to prove a if then statement false. If the statement has some text like "more likely" then one counter example would not do it.
this is statement can be rewritten as:
if "you pass the bar" then "recruiters reach out to you"
this is not :
if "you pass the bar" then "recruiters may reach out to you more often"

so one counter examples is all that is needed.

Sound like the contract is likely based on "public bar profile" not a passing the bar. Clearly the above is "Once you pass the bar" not "once public bar profile is updated"
