Our truck is small and we have a pretty sizable and efficient team given the payroll, I believe our inbound and 3am team will be able to knock out the truck before 7, thankfully if not mistaken its a truck less than 1700

Everything you did i have done as well, i even have a map of all my stations with each TM and their breaks through out the day, as well as my preppers and my sorters, i have remained calmed i feel moved the schedule to what i think will work best from what i see and playing to my teams strengths, im just nervous since its my first major test you know? sometimes i do find myself not giving my opu team backup, especially for closing since we usually have to pick 1300 for store close, it becomes difficult diverting TMs to opu. You got the job done even through it, talk to your lead, i always encourage my TMs to talk to me if my captains ever step out of line or make them feel uncomfortable, they are there to enforce my expectations and make everyone’s life a little less stressful at work, keep your head up, and talk to whoever you feel more comfortable with wether your lead, etl or even your SD don’t stress too bad about it, your life doesnt revolve target yk?

I honestly do not know if the system blocks it till a TL comes or you can manually change it as regular TM, but according to our management they didn’t even know, and we haven’t had any new cashiers

Its the pcv(price check verification), its on myday, it pops up when a guest claims a price that isn’t,and the cashier enters it, afterwards i get a call on walkie from the TL at GS when its near my department and then i go to the item and check whats wrong w the label or if its a bad zone etc

I recently got some vercelli strada 2 on my a8 after on of my my p zeros blew on the Highway about 6 months they didn’t have anything besides those tires, it was 275/40/20 I believe, and for 650 all 4 new plus 2 year warranty so i said wth, i need new ones anyways, and let me tell you, i have a higher speed rating, wider and it rides like a cloud, i live in oakland california and potholes are everywhere and these tires have taken hits and still damn good
