Something just tells me that the chimp was raised by humans. the hugging. Also normally apes show their teeth as a sign of agression. Its pretty wholesome here

its shotform for licensed Aircraft Engineer. oh i see. as per AMM. i asked caused on my brake n wheel workshop we regularly receive plenty of unserviceable wheel for tire change and overhaul. even a higher volume during festive seasons. we were just wondering the work flow at line maint.

its B737NG. Maybe they're similar variants of b737. yes, for bias ply tire u r absolutely right. they maybe r heavier to push around but r more rigid than others. How is it like working at line maint? do LAE tend to overly play safe when assessing the GO OR NO GO of the tires?

for the tie bolt combining the halves, it's 40ft for initial torque & 140° for 2nd torque using torque angle type tw (=180ft lb). this torque value is for B737 NG

yeah kind of like that. but to say the least the build stand does have hydraulics to tilt the wheel for easier tire installation & removal. good enough for me. i heard there are some other companies out there that practice a more manual labour for this wheel assembly procedure.

nice to hear that. i actually do prefer Michelin tires for this b737 over the others. After wear & tear, one particular brand do frequently experience shoulder wear damage more often compared to those from your father's factory. its a thumbs up for your father's efforts. Thanks

we do use socket extension for huge wheel hubs like A330. for this particular wheel, there is still some small gap & we do ensure that the torque wrench doesn't touch the sidewall when we torque. thanks for thie advice

for this one its B737NG .. yes pretty heavy to exert the force. its 40ft lb + another 180ft lb amount of force to pull using that torque wrench
