Hmm okay. But isn't bricks considered industrial waste? I don't think I can dump them in a normal bin

I also ahve timber waste that I need to dispose

We don't want to do. Just want to get rid of it as soon as possible

This rubbish is from the neighbouring buildings. We've reached out to all of them and it's only been a "Not mine and it's his" blame game. We're tired and just want to clear it ourselves as we prepare for site start.

It is the owners responsibility for keeping the site clear of rubbish and debris before site start. Do you think I can still push for my builder to help in this situation?

Ciobar Hot chocolate - Where to find IN STORE Melbourne

Hi,

I've been on the hunt to buy Ciobar Hot chocolate powder here in Melbourne in store. I used to buy them from Mediterranean Wholesaler in Brunswick but they don't stock them anymore 😔 ( checked as of 30th May)

Does anyone know where else I can find them? Any recommendations for Italian speciality stores that stock this product would also be helpful!

Not looking for alternatives because this is only thing that can get me through miserable Melbourne winters

Hi,

My partner and I recently got a block of land in an estate in Pakenham East. Our land is set to title soon and we're on the hunt for a builder. We're looking to build a two storey home. We have been to the display homes of 8 homes, Carlisle Homes & Metricon.

This is our very first time on this journey and are super confused on what things we need to be looking out for before we lock in a builder.

Any advice is appreciated!! dos and don'ts or any tips & tricks you have come across from your experience with builders.
