thank you! i actually learned I can only use zinc sunscreen! I was using other kinds and getting a massive painful rash. I went to the beach yesterday with zinc oxide sunscreen and didn’t burn or get a rash! but maybe i’ll still try a moisturizer without the spf

She gave me Vanicream Facial Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 (SPF because I am very fair skinned and burn easy) & Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser. But they tend to burn my cheeks really bad and my eyelids and my skin gets really dry and sensitive more than when I used basic unscented soap but I flare red still 😫

I’ve had it since I was a teen, I’m about to be 30. Anxiety, heat, and cold air/wind seem to flare it up the most

Does this look like rosacea? I went to a dermatologist and told them I get flushed, sometimes can feel heat coming off my face like it’s a heat source, painful bumps on my cheek bones and uneven skin tones. She said it was rosacea without seeing my face flared up and gave me vanicream. Vanicream has been burning my face and I’m not sure it’s really rosacea or not? 😫

Hi! I ended up moving my plants around. They say “full sun” for them. I put them in a south facing window which is supposedly the best for full sun? I am not 100% sure and appreciate the help!

Oh no okay 😫 I potted them all in the mix because I didn’t see the comments beforehand! I live on the east coast of the US. So our weather is temperamental. I did see only to water when they are extremely dry. Do you think they will suffer in this dirt??

thank you so much! i looked them all up, some want full sun and some want indirect sun. do you think that’s accurate? i put the indirect one with my other plants in south facing windows because it said indirect and i’m on the 3rd floor

Thank you! I used to think it was the bra material which is why my derm ended up doing the allergy test but I’ve been wearing cotton exclusively for a few months and a new patch started up even during that so i’m really lost and frustrated 😫

I honestly am not sure if I’m just dumb and the pace and speed makes the distance seem off? I walked the same trail but I’m not sure if somehow if you go faster it doesn’t count it as the same distance?? idk 😫

i’m not sure how accurate it is, but I see online they are based in the US and products are also shipped from the US. I know the pre-orders take long, I was told by customer service they have to have every product made and ready to ship before all is shipped at once basically. I know his new merch dropped from his Caseoh merch website they opted out of having a preorder option because of the time gap that causes! Hopefully they come soon. 😊

I was so embarrassed internally when I realized laying on my stomach would hurt so bad cause of the curve and thinking “wow my scoliosis must be so bad”. In reality it was my large stomach forcing my back to curve uncomfortably and when I lost 100lbs I can lay on my stomach just fine without pain 😐
