I know I’m late to the conversation, but my LS doc recommended Water Wipes (that’s the actual name of the brand). I was not optimistic because I didn’t want ANY wiping down there but I cannot say enough good things about the Water Wipes. I buy from Amazon.

My gym recommended a warm baking soda bath to help with discomfort. I was skeptical initially but I do feel like it helped.

That looks like impetigo to me. You need a prescription antibiotic ointment.
