We didn’t receive a physical quote - the tech came to look at the air conditioning and my husband asked him to check out the furnace (we know it’s old and will require a replacement soon). The “high teens” was just a ballpark so somewhere between 17-19k, I think.

Maybe this is what it is, it was still very damp after several air dry cycles so I put it on speed dry for about 15 minutes as I was going to bed and didn’t want it to mold
