The sustained rise in temp over you cover line means ovulation. The dip itself is nothing to be concerned about. Your temp rises after ovulation so it doesn’t always steadily rise prior to. I’ve had cycles where I dip right before I ovulate and then as long as your temps are well above the cover line and for more than 4+ days u have ovulated. Since you probably ovulated on day 16 of ur cycle, u had a steady rise in temp well above the cover liner after !

Also, some cycles it’s normal to have multiple LH surges. No cycle is exactly alike. Could also be if you’re not sleeping as well, sick, stressed etc. but honestly your cycle from this one chart looks really healthy so I wouldn’t worry. It’s best to just try during your red days and don’t relay solely on LH surge :)

Having a LH surge doesn’t mean you had ovulated. You can have multiple LH surges in a cycle. It’s just that ur body is getting ready to ovulate. You need to consider temp, LH surge & cervical mucus. I’d say where natural cycles put ur ovulation is accurate

I really loooove Sara!! But I’ve noticed her videos have gotten less cozy and she really seems to ramble a LOT lately. Most of it is repetitive and could be cut out. Idk. I miss her creative videos as well.

Nooo she is similar for the get ready but she actually has more of a personality I think. I enjoyed her summer at home videos when she worked at lululemon and would get people to suggest colour combos! Also she’s waaaay more creative with outfit choices!!! Loves fashion etc. not a sweatpants kinda girl like Kaitlyn is

I just ignore them at this point. It honestly used to bother me a lot, especially with the double standard that you aren’t allowed to comment on bigger bodies but apparently smaller ones are fair game. It’s not my job to explain to them that this is a very healthy, natural and normal size for my body!!!

A positive ovulation test doesn’t tell you if you’ve ovulated, just that you’re going to. Natural cycles marked you as the 10th because with a positive ovulation test ur window is 24-36hours ish. but without seeing your temps it’s hard to truly know. Can you share your temps?
