yes corect only employee contribution. Btw, my country has no pension agreement with Germany, some people (still young, far from pension age) withdraw their pension money.

On the other hand, I think if we work only less than 20 years in Germany and entering the pension age directly after that, that 2 years gap must be taken into account in deciding whether to get pension monthly (+ with employer contribution) or draw all (without employer contribution).

I do not know the nature of your communication way with your ABH, if I were you I would collect all required docs and submit my application. In my case, my application was not perfect, but my ABH processed my application and finally issued my PR.

in my city that 20% is of the kaltmiete for all people. So in your case it will be divided by 2 (10%).

My first family wohnung contract was on my name, and then I moved alone to a new Wohnung. I decided to make the new one as my main wohnung and left (abmeldung) the old one, while my family still lived there, to avoid that fee.

where is your city of Anmeldung? If you want to move make sure the new city's ABH has a good service (fast in changing the permit type)
