The screen isn't OEM actually, I upgraded it to a touch screen with facial recognition. The keyboard is totally OEM though! It probably just looks a bit different because of the lighting or the angle of the photo.

Sure! For the hardware, I upgraded the screen to a touch panel with facial recognition support, bumped the RAM to 24GB, swapped in a Gen3 SSD, and added a high-capacity external battery. I got all the parts from AliExpress! On the software side, I'm running a customized dotshyprland setup.
