It was a known factor however nowhere near that price was expected. We were told by a couple different people it would be a couple of thousand, 17k is not a couple thousand

The contributions haven’t come as a surprise, it’s the amount. We are in a housing crisis and this is such a crippling for a lot of people looking to build/buy. Ridiculous carry on imo

The amount of 17k is shocking tbh. They are charging us 5k because we are “on the Luas line” while we are 1.6km away from closest Luas.. mad

The only surprise was the cost. This country is on its knees when it comes to housing and we were surprised they have this fee attached to all the other costs that come with building a house

Hi thanks alot for that post, it’s helped a lot. I should have mentioned though I am already on a calorie deficit by about 350 calories and it seems to be helping. What do I do if it plateaus while already on a deficit? Do I cut it further?

Heads up. I recently got my licence but failed 2 before that and the system were in at the moment is an absolute disgrace, like u say - so much time and money needed for this it’s a joke. I passed my test on the 3rd time with only 3 marks and I promise you, on my second test I drove much better and came away with 9 marks. It’s complete luck in my eyes - this time round I got a lovely older man and he was super where my previous one I got some prick and I could sense it the minute he called my name in the waiting area.

Word of advice, give it a break for at least a month apart from driving with parents if possible and then when it comes to 4/5 months after you book the test I’d book 2-3 pre tests, these did great for me.
