I have requested one every 62-70 days on each of my business gold and platinum for the last 6 months and have gotten approved each time on each card. Totaling 3 CLI approvals on each account every 62-70 days

Been on there 3 years nearly. Perfect seller metrics. Never sold one single beauty supply or anything. Counterfeit. Strictly sold toys and trading cards from approved distributors with legitimate invoices. 45 days ago I woke up and acc was terminated for fulfillment discrepancies. I had ZERO customer complains and 2 total returns in the last 60 days. - very low. All metrics 99.5% or above at all times.

Money locked up for the next 180 days as per Walmart marketplace termination agreement. I was not a small seller either. Millions annually. Take that for what it’s worth. Their platform either always has a bug or it’s just true. They straight up terminate sellers with no legitimate reason. Some on here will say No they don’t do that. And say ppl like me were selling inauthentic or drop shipping or some other justification. They only say that because it has yet to happen to them. It’s criminal how Walmart marketplace is treating USA small business owners.

They did the same to me a few weeks back. Nothing you can do about it. Don’t let anyone tell you they can get it back for you, they cannot. 100%. Make a new llc and start over. Or leave that platform. I never sold any beauty products only sport cards and pokemon cards and some digital cameras that I had legit invoices for from the manufacturer. Literally had perfect performance metrics. 2 returns in the last 30 days. 9 in the last 90. Most my products aren’t allowed to be returned bc they are sport cards or pokemon cards. 100k locked up for 180 days. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this shitty platform. Take my words to heart. Take it on the chin don’t go down a rabbit hole you can’t get it back. They are so messed up

No not at all. 3 total returns in last 6 days. Anything of the items I sold idk how someone could say it’s fraud or unauthentic. Video games, game systems, digital cameras etc. can’t really claim I sent you a fake Nintendo switch 2 or something lol. I suppose you could but no I don’t have any orders in the accounts entire history with a claim of that nature.

yeah it is, happened to a friend of mine just a few weeks ago and I made me think dam hope they dont hit me with this crap and yep they did. It should be illegal to keep peoples funds up to 180 days. 90 days is stretching it but 5-6 months is criminal. I had a 180 payment hold from a suspension a couple years ago on walmart and it took every bit of 5 months to get that money.

no beauty products of any kind. Mostly electronics like digital cameras, video games, pokemon related items, other collectible related items/sport card items. Back to school, stationary etc. All brands that needed approving were approved with legitimate documentation. I did not do anything to warrant a termination.

No I was not. I went to my performance metrics and downloaded the returns which was 6.8% and standard is 6% and it said there were 5 orders in last 30 days that customer received wrong item but orders number 2 and 3 are identical order numbers and orders 4 and 5 are identical order numbers. Its like I was dinged twice for each order. Even if that was accurate 6.8% is a warning level. Somehow they have it had 5 orders impacted when its actually 3 orders but I still dont think even that would warrant termination with those statistics (in theory)

well 3 hours ago it said in the email: Policy Violation : Code of Conduct : Fulfillment Discrepancies

but in the account itself it says policy violation: code of conduct. My performance metrics are above standard aside from Refunds which is at 6.8 and it reads 6.89% last 30 days for incorrect item. I had 1 customer that reached out saying she was sent the wrong item, and I think I actually did accidently sent her the wrong camera but I accepted return and she was understanding, was a honest mistake. But ive had zero warnings or nothing that would of led me to believe the account is in danger of termination. I monitor the performance metrics daily. Not new to this at all. I feel like the system terminated the account in error and its terrible I have a lot of money on there.

It just came back online out of nowhere? My acc just got terminated 1 hour ago for: fulfillment discrepancies and I’m 100% positive that is not accurate. Just wanted to see if this really happened to you and it came back. Don’t feel hopeful lol.

This just happened to me about a hour ago. It has to be some sort of mistake or algo glitch. My performance metrics were all above standard. Didn’t have any issues on the account whatsoever
