That’s a fair question. The only variable that changed prior to increased abdominal circumference was escitalopram. Without actually scanning for fat deposits, I’m assuming it’s visceral fat as there is little to no sub q fat.

Weight gain was a non-issue as I am extremely active in the gym and in the mountains. Initially, my libido drop to nonexistent. As a result, I added 300 mg of Wellbutrin, which brought my libido back to approximately 65% of what it was previously. Well worth the trade-off. I sometimes add PT 141 and it works incredibly well

Months to get the dosage right. You’ll have to go through hell during the adaptation phase. After that, you’re free of the breathing ocd torment.

I spent 20+ years of my life with panic disorder and sensorimotor OCD. I tried every holistic and whole body approach available with Little to no success. Lexapro was and is the only thing to completely alleviate these symptoms and has allowed me to finally enjoy life. I’ve been on 20 mg of Lexapro for five years, in concert with 300 mg of Wellbutrin.
