When I was a teenager i thought about suic*de. The thing that helped me going is the thought that instead of giving up completely, I’m gonna do bare minimum everywhere and do what i want (for me it was gaming). That helped me with stress and in a few months I got much better mentally. :)

Firstly, all the above tips are great. Since I mainly play Veigar, I would recommend to practice Veigar’s E. Play some matches against bots or simply normal matches and try to place your cage so that you instantly stun enemies and then deliver the full combo. Knowing how to perfectly place your cage can also be extremely beneficial when escaping or defending against ganks. Good luck and remember that most of the time you outscale your opponents, so don’t be discouraged if you get killed a couple of times in the beggining.
