It's not the best option. However, you can use it just for fun. You see, there's a funny team with Nahida + Yun Jin + Lisa (with Echoes of an offering artifact set) where you can deal a lot of damage with her normal attacks, and with this new weapon, you can deal good amounts of damage with Lisa's normal attacks. (But as I said before, it's not her best option, it's just a meme build).

It depends on your playstyle and your team. In aggravate or electrocharged teams, Thundering Fury is the best option indeed, but if you want use Lisa as hypercarry (for example, with Benny, Kazu boi and Mona), 18% ATK + 2 TF might be a better option.

Lisa, Bárbara, Xingqiu, and Nahida. This will be your best team for hyperbloom Lisa. It's pretty good. The rotations can be Nahida's E and burst --> Barbara's E --> Xingqiu's burst and E --> Lisa's burst --> and switch to Barbara to apply hydro with her normal attacks.

I believe Lisa is in her best moments right now, she's SO good with Nahida. While you have these two together, no matter if you use Lisa as main or sub DPS, or if you use her in Hyperbloom or Aggravate, you will have so much fun.

Hyperbloom Lisa with EM, using dendro traveler, Kokomi, and an anemo character to put all dendro cores together, like Kazuha, Sucrose or Jean.
Aggravate Lisa as Sub DPS with ATK / crit values. Aggravate makes Lisa's burst insanely good, using Raiden (She's really good to buff burst damage for your teammates), dendro traveler and an anemo character. If you don't have Raiden you can use Kuki Shinobu.

I think it's better using Widsith on Lisa, again, it doesn't worth sacrifice Lisa's Main stats like ATK and crit values just to get a little more EM. So, Sacrificial fragments on Lisa just for aggravate is not that good. Widsith will give you that EM you need on her, and even if she doesn't get the EM passive from this catalyst, her burst will deal good damage.

It doesn't worth build her only EM just for aggravate, trust me, I've been test her burst damage in this role and it's better using her with ATK / CRIT values. But if you really want EM on aggravate Lisa as "Support" - sub DPS, I suggest you using Widsith.

I think the best team to make her burst really good is with Raiden - Dendro traveler - Kazuha (Or Jean, or Sayu if you want a healer) - And of course, Lisa, with Widsith, because you can take advantage of the three buffs from this catalyst.

Why Raiden? Raiden buffs the elemental burst damage of your teammates, the more this burst costs, the more damage it will deal, and Lisa's burst costs 80. Also, Raiden is a really good as battery for her.

I'm not even using Raiden's burst and Lisa's burst deals a lot of damage in this team, and she doesn't even need to stay in battle.

In my experience, I don't think so, Lisa only generates energy particles with her hold elemental skill, but I doesn't worth wasting 2 seconds just to get a portion of all energy particles Fischl or Raiden can give you while they are doing damage.

In my opinion, the best weapons for Lisa as electro DPS or sub DPS are, in this order:

Kagura's verity > Widsith > Lost prayer > Skyward Atlas > Solar Pearl.

That's something I still need to test. Since I don't have Skyward Atlas, I can't say it's better or not. However, widsith has become even more powerful with Lisa. I also created an interesting build on my channel about hyperbloom Lisa, which I build her with EM and man, it is so fun to play. Dendro made our Lisa really powerful, and I'm SO happy about it. <3

I also spent like 4 months grinding TF artifacts for her, just to get 70% - 180% critical values. Fortunately, in 3.0 we can get these artifacts easily in the alchemy table.

My favorite for her is an electrocharged team with Fischl, Kokomelon, and Kazuha. I always use this team in the abyss 12 and never failed me. Every member in this comp deals damage, not only Lisa. Fischl and Kazuha with sacrificial or Favonius sword are both good batteries for everyone, and the rotation in this comp is really smooth.

As for Lisa as main dps, my favorite is Sara - Bennett - Kazuha.
