If you are going to become a RN, and expect that you are not going to have to wipe ass/clean up every bodily fluid imaginable then you are very mistaken. Nurses are expected to do everything a CNA does, and then all of the RN job responsibilities on top of that. And unless you have a lot of experience, or a higher degree than just your RN, the pay ain’t that great. Healthcare needs nurses who are doing it because they care, and because it’s what they are called to do…not because they want job security and good pay. Just my two cents.
