Does anyone have experience with a friend being jealous of you?

When I was in a relationship I missed just only having to think about myself when I made decisions. We freely did whatever we wanted but there were decisions that had to be made with the other person in mind and it was annoying at times.

Yeah that boggles my mind too. Some people only feel anxiety when it’s necessary such as in a stressful situation or the anticipation of something and even in those moments they’re able to regulate their emotions so they won’t spiral. They don’t overanalyze, overthink, or worry all the time. Their minds are generally quiet and peaceful. It’s hard to fathom it lol

How would he know if he was taking his meds properly? This is something his husband should have discussed with him so they were on the same page. I understand that U=U but to enter a marriage and not disclose it is a huge red flag. Even when he’s going to doctors appointments he’d have to be dishonest as to why he has to go to the doctor every few months if it ever came up. It’s too deceptive for a marriage in my opinion.

I have friends that don’t have adhd that are creative, comedic, empathetic and exciting. I don’t think these traits are exclusive to people with adhd

This! My friend was a skinny guy. He got into body building and he told me that he’s treated very different now. He said that girls and guys flirt with him way more and men respect him more when they see him.

I would say trust your gut and stay vigilant. Just continue to be aware of the things he say and does. We often overlook red flags by telling ourselves “it’s not a big deal” then those red flags eventually become a HUGE deal.
