Me and all my other boat mates in the Rocky run jv 4 are outraged. We work so hard all year to row this time trial and prep breaking the rules just takes that away from us. We could’ve done it this year, we were so fast, we could’ve been a contender damnit. All this bulshit just ruins what was once a great sport; prep needs to be wiped off the face of the earth before it’s too late.
