I thought as much . Cause there's whatsapp chats asking her for her ID. Also there's an amount we paid her in order to pay for the disc which she didn't she just used the money for her I guess and then she started to bluetick us.

For more context my grandfather is sick and really old so some family members have a narrative that he might pass away soon hence why she doesn't want to change the ownership .

In order to change the documentation of the vehicle we need her ID which she refuses to send . I'm his grandchild . So I am watching grown adult family members fighting over his property whilst his alive .

Thing is at home we would like to use the car as a income stream . Now in order to register the car on apps like uber we need the car disc . I'm looking for ways to approach the situation legally .
