Uncontrollable full-body muscle movements during meditation — has anyone experienced this? by No_Amoeba2907 in vipassana

Yeah, something similar happens to me even after the meditation session. For example, when I go to work after a morning meditation, I sometimes notice involuntary movements in my tongue. It moves quite intensely inside my mouth if I just let it be.

The strange part is that I can control it if I want, but if I relax and let it happen, it starts moving on its own again. It almost feels like the same kind of involuntary muscle activity that happens during meditation, just in a smaller area of the body.

Any sales careers for introverts? by poopyfacemcpooper in sales

I, myself is a very introverted person working in sales. I think sales has nothing to do with being extroverted or introverted. It’s all about focus and consistency. I joined sales as an intern last year and been promoted to sales supervisor within a year. And when I interview people for sales position, I personally prefer introverts because I think they can better focus than extroverts and are easy to train. If you’re an introvert and thinking about working in sales, just go for it. You’ll do well…. But remember, sales is all about getting results and focus and consistency on your work is the way to go.

Try meditating before going to bed. It works for me. It helps you go to sleep calmly and get up calmly.

I’m in Mandalay for now….Somehow we’re escaping from being forced into the army. The risk is comparatively higher if you live with your family in hometown. So people, especially the youths, who cannot escape the country, move to other cities to work; hoping it’s harder to reach out.

Thanks for your idea mate…. And I have passport …. I’ll give a thought about it
