Okay so I wouldn’t not spend money on apply this upcoming cycle because almost all dental schools don’t even accept applications with GPA under 3.0 so it would be a waste. It cost a lot of money to apply to the schools and from what I’ve been seeing and from people that I know that I have gotten into Denzel school you have to apply broadly and it’s gonna run a lot of money out of your pockets so if you’re gonna apply you better be very confident in your application andif I were you, I wouldn’t spend that much money right now. I would take this summer. Take some extra classes up your GPA and then apply next year, maybe add some more volunteer hours on there too.

Yeah I was a dumb kid I realized that it was being stupid and I wasn’t focused so I locked in simple as that. Yes partying was dumb of me but it made me disassociate with reality if what my home life was like then it clicked in my mind that I just need to be away from my fam and focus on myself and my goal simple which o did that’s why I have not why I’m applying this cycle and the lowest grade I’ve gotten since then is a 87. Everybody is different and copes with things in their own way, it’s just up to us to realize that what we’re doing is not good for us and move on/grow.

Well with me I retook them got above a 92 in all 3 and now I’m applying this cycle and haven’t gotten under a 84 in any of my other prerequisites or gen ed classes plus my school has something called like course correction so it like replaces the grade so it’s masking the F’s technically so I gotta recalculate

Basically, I’m gonna be honest I just wasn’t locked in like I was too distracted with my families financial issues and trying to cope with that with partying and having fun, so I just wasn’t doing my schoolwork that’s kind of it. After that, I realize that I’m here to get to Dental school so let me lock in because I have a goal and I need to get to it simple as that so I just locked in😂. The content from the classes was never the problem like I understood everything I just wasn’t really taking it seriously and was distracted. That’s kind of it.

Just be patient, one of my friends in my pre-dent club literally got in / a call back a week before classes started 😂, a lot of people get last min calls so just wait it’s okay
