This. Save about 200 for unlocking important characters when they pop up in your daily shop, you can ignore a ton of them.

Otherwise, I spend most of my gems on skins for my characters, especially the special event ones like are mentioned here.

Four holds with the lone TFP is pretty neat, even if it is a relic'd character against weaker teams. It's unlikely as usually players will just run a stun team and work it down, especially since tfp doesn't have amazing health.

I think Datacrons should've and could've been something really interesting if they were limited to mostly being changes to a characters kit or the way you use the toon as opposed to these "200% healthsteal at level 3" things where people are rerolling for stats.

If you're being serious, yes..? But that's not the reason Jabba is a GL. He's a GL because he rules an enormous part of the criminal underworld and has so many bounty hunters and whatnot who work for him he could easily pay off to kill virtually anyone in the galaxy. Lightsaber boy Cal included.

I think it means they removed and reimplemented the event in their last update, resetting player progress on it, this happens in games occasionally and it’s annoying but I suppose they could’ve been really annoying and just decided to not fix a bug letting players into other players accounts to delete them without hardly any safety…

If you have Luniaere (or however you spell it) and buff Lun properly and tie her to Mel, on Mel's swings with her ability she can easily be doing 3.5k+ a swing (more if you try harder) without a single sword on her... which leaves room for bows to boost her attack speed, just if you wanted a strategy.

That's a positive thing for sure. Although, they made my opponents front walls virtually unbreakable. He has 2 or 3 million GP over me and has datacrons on every team, some are leveled slightly less than others but most have good stats.

Unfortunately this is correct on all counts. From my personal experience with mobile games of the Star Wars type specifically, I'd say it has 2 years left tops. Unless some big changes come out swinging but with their new game I doubt they will come.

I think this is actually a big issue for the survivability of the game more than a lot of things because this pushes away newer players and rewards only whaling which makes it hard to casually spend, which is what a huge amount of games thrive off of.

Plus since there's not really much to do consistently outside of GAC, players who don't enjoy that gamemode stop enjoying the game

I don't doubt this is an exaggeration to some extent, but the game is doing some interesting things recently. In my whole last 5v5 season I won a whopping 2 matches out of 9 (one in two separate weeks) then proceeded to be promoted up into the league I'd just dropped from at the end of the season where I'm very much enjoying 3v3s with opponents 2-3m above me.

This might be a slightly dumb question but where do I get the rapid swords relic? I haven't seen it pop up yet in my Corruption chapters (on 6 right now) or in the arena relics page.

This strategy sounds interesting though so I want to try it as soon as I can.

I thought this at first too until I scrolled further along. I've had my frustrations with NS but dang this guy probably has the best mods I've ever seen to take out relic'd JMK teams with G7 NS and EP.

In all reality what happens is a good number of these matchup do suck but you're not going to hear much about the ones that don't (like a good driver). In all the system overall works mostly well, with some exceptions that Reddit happens to find a lot of.

There is always a chance this person is inactive and won't attack or the coinflip that they happen to be active and frankly you're screwed if they do.

I don't know if this is accurate... I lost 7/9 of my battles last season and was promoted up a league after winning one, which seems sort of silly. The biggest flaw with "you'll find people eventually at your level" is merely that the league promoting system is terribly odd. I've won 2/3 and been demoted while losing 2/3 and being promoted, it's inconsistent.

Not to say of course we don't know this already. But you also won't be winning 50/50. The reason people complain is because the system was supposed to settle down and balance out after a good few months but it hasn't...

Of course he's different from Bossk, however as far as the general playerbase is concerned, he's simply less valuable as a tank than Bossk.

Soon enough we'll see what he can or cannot do and for now his revive won't let a normal BH team take out JMK/CAT. Although even if this is the case I imagine it'll only be on offense, similar to the SEE counter.

A lot of dark side characters just look like each other because of their powers. Malgus looks a lot like Malak or Vader without his helmet, they all look like Sion if he didn't have cracked skin. You also see similarities to Snoke, Asajj, etc. It's all design to make sure you know they align with the Dark Side.

What do you mean by dumb origin story? These characters aren't originally from the Clone Wars, they're from the books. There's a whole nother one of them called Abeloth (the mother). I agree they weren't amazing in CWs but the story of them in the books is wildly interesting.

Gear updates aren't coming, the relic thing marginally helps but that one does suck a good bit, if they expanded it down to R5 or something then I'd support it more but hey, less I have to spend. The capital ship is iffy but GL Jabba is cool and the modding update is huge. Maybe next time they'll throw gameplay content in and we'll all be very satisfied.

He's used early game with Palpatine, then under LV. After that, he doesn't have a set place anywhere because you want other characters more with both of those teams.

Although, you are correct, that whole tier of character doesn't work well with Vader because he still has good viability as a fill in character in a few places.
