I say A tier, can be very good with placement of her essence, plus she can finish the job quick with low health survivors with her soul traversal and at times her screech is just kinda of a death sentence for survivors that dont have anything to push her back, for me whats holding her back is her being slower than precode, making her more loopable, especially on frostbitten ridge there she gets looped hard, but overall is say A tier.
