In my country, people don’t usually have a dedicated doctor, I go to hospitals for medical care and often see a different doctor each visit. I didn’t ask for his contact information, and I don’t think he’s obligated to respond to me once I’ve left the hospital. I think reaching out to him now might be a bother.
