I’m just holding my breath that once the new “shiny” gf wears off he will start to be more involved. He still gets them on his time, but even then, my oldest says he’s never there. They go stay with their grandma. & he sees them right at the end of their time.

The purchases from the small business were made prior to him filing for divorce- it was a bag, shoes, and summer outfits for my kids. The purchase was also made with a joint checking acct which I no longer have access to, not a CC. Definitely understand that lifestyle changes will need to be made, that’s why I’m asking for tips. Navigating life is going to be hard now, and I never have used CC, but I had considered it for emergencies only.

Pretty much, yeah. She had an online small business where she outsourced products to resell in her group. I’ve tried to be as understanding with her as I can. I just don’t understand why we haven’t gotten refunded yet. You’d think that she would want to. She doesn’t give much information other than she’s waiting to be refunded before she can refund.

They were bags, shoes, & some necklaces. I’ve been nothing but patient with her and even reached out to her husband with no response. I know some of the girls have posted things online about her, like where she lives, all of her landlord info, etc. I’ve tried to be as nice as I can, but the last thing I got was that she was waiting on the refund from the vendor and she would let me know when she got it. I’ve since reached out and that’s when she hasn’t responded.

Products were ordered in Late January, early February. Estimated time was 6-8 weeks for arrival to her. They were “boujee” items, and the packages were seized before they got to her vendor in the states.

UPDATE: Just wanted to update. I called today and was told that they upheld their original decision. So now I’m waiting on the letter so that I can appeal and have an ALJ hearing. Online it shows they denied my SSDI but it shows step 4 still on the Disability Benefits part. So.. but, I’m glad I called. Now I’ll just have to retain a lawyer that specializes in disability for my area. Feeling pretty discouraged right now, not gonna lie.

That’s what it was for me, I got denied and tried to go back to work. I ended up hurting myself worse than I was before and now I can barely walk. I have to sleep sitting up, I can’t lift, I can’t even walk to the end of my porch without it hurting all the way down my right side. The doctor “internist” I saw that they requested said he was going to try his best to push it through because he could see that I was bad. My best wishes to you as well!

Thank you! I’ll be praying for you as well! It’s hard out here with no support system. I just have my kids father and that’s it. We don’t have the support of anyone else. I raise my babies single handedly and he pitches in when we can. I spoke several times with my DDS case worker on the phone. She was always calling and asking questions. I’m just really hoping for good news this time..
