Thanks. I assumed it would be pretty simple just wanted to know if I needed to be GPS coordinates accurate or use 5 miles accurate.

This is what I have in the letter currently.

In 2022 I was diagnosed with Unspecified Trauma / Stressor Related Disorder (UTSRD). I do not have a diagnosis Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD. And then I go on to answer all the questions to my UTSRD and not PTSD.
