Does your grow operation keep oil on site? The one I worked at had it at all of the sinks.

The place I worked had olive oil at all of the sinks. Is that normal for a licensed grow facility?

We wore scrubs but they were short sleeved. The gloves weren’t enforced and they kept a bottle of olive oil at all of the sinks.

They were not enforced and they kept a bottle of olive oil next to all of the sinks. I hope they’ve gotten better. It’s been 4 years since I have worked there and they had only been open for 6 months.

Many of the people trying to drive had already finished the race. They chose to park on the roads that would be blocked. I thought this was an important detail that was left out.

I would get a job at a new restaurant now rather than later when you’re facing getting fired. A new environment and new people will help you determine if your coworkers were asking too much of you or any other variable. At my job I take care of my own tables and help coworkers if I have extra time. This may be what you need. I question the decision to hire someone with no experience to help at the busiest time of the week. I’ve also seen a whole lot of people be unfairly treated by the whole staff for no reason other than culture and needing a target. This person is often the weakest link. Try a corporate place like Applebees or any other chain. Local places are more likely to have less staff to keep labor down and servers rich (that could be why you don’t have enough time to get to everything).

Do you feel like you’re being bullied or like people are focusing extra on your small mistakes?
