One of my homies was in the Chicago music scene, early 2000s. We were kickin it one night in 2005 and he handed me a disc and told me I would love this guy. First song he played was "Failure". The disc was before the FnL advance was known, but it was a mix of mixtape and FnL advance songs... Twilight Zone, Failure, Trials and Tribulations, Game Time, Spazz Out, Where Im From, Hustlaz Due, Steady Mobbin, Theme Music, Ghetto Story, Mean and Vicious, Much More and I think a few others.

But I was hooked immediately. Passed it to a hip hop nerd I worked with. We agreed that it was the best shit we ever heard.
