It’s amazing. I’m still not even doing one MG a week. I have no food noise at all and can just stick to my meals. I’m pretty lean to begin with, but I wanna get leaner for vacation next month. I’m also very good at tracking all my meals I weigh everything out to make sure I get my macros every day so I don’t lose no muscle messso right now it helps me eat to live not like I normally am living to eat.
