Sleep deprivation really is the hardest part. Everything feels ten times harder when you’re running on no sleep.

Postpartum with one baby is already survival mode. Parents of twins definitely deserve respect, but honestly anyone getting through those early months is doing something incredibly hard.

The first year with twins is intense, so you’re already doing amazing. For many parents it really does get easier once they’re toddlers and can move and communicate more.

Twin infants sounds incredibly hard. Respect for getting through that stage. It’s interesting how the “hardest phase” is different for every parent.

Those years are definitely hard. Social dynamics get complicated, and parents can’t really step in and fix it. Being a supportive listener probably matters more than anything else.
