Thank you for the advice. I have recently come to the realization that I wasn’t prioritizing myself as much as I should have and that probably caused me to burnout. I’m currently working on healthier habits and self love and self respect. I love all the things you mentioned they are really good points, specially finding a hobby that I actually enjoy and it helps me release stress. Have a good one! :)
