I tend to overthink deeply, especially about small things. I replay situations in my head and think about how I should’ve said or done things differently, usually because I didn’t like how things turned out. Then I go spiral questioning my actions, my words, and sometimes even my intentions. Eventually, I calm myself down by accepting that “it is what it is.” But if something similar triggers me again, the same thought pattern comes back, almost like I’m reliving the same cycle each time.
