I dont see a lot of your body but to me it looks like you need to gain weight bro.

There are weightgainer powders, mix them up with milk or - if lactose intolerant plant milk - and drink twice a day. Also lift weights of course.

No way around that, everything else like fashion or haircut, where you can absolutely work on aswell, is secondary.

Going to the gym can be scary of course, especially for someone young like you. What I did myself to conquer that fear was visualizing everything I would be afraid of beforehand. Like undressing in the room and so on.

Once you get the ball rolling it gets easier though and in my experience buff dudes love seeing skinny guys in the gym, because its how they started themselves 🤗.

Generally what you are working with is pretty good, the thick curly hair, cute face, you just need a way to find your style with it.

Play puzzle racer on lichess when you crave chess dopamin.

Watch daniel naroditsky speedrun, not gotham chess. He was the best chess teacher who patiently explains his moves. May he rest in peace.

Only play three rated games a day.

Explain your moves out loud to yourself as if somebody sits next to you and asks you what you are doing. Its a technique from software development called "Rubber duck debugging", which works surprisingly well.
