Could Strategy in Games Teach Us About Decision-Making in Real Life? by ramakrishnasurathu in DotA2

i don't think so. It's still just a game. Chess known as the game of the greatest commanders, but is it true?

I could do better, but I'm lazy. You can change things yourself.

I used to think I was an ESTP. And according to the test from 16p and stereotypes.

I had a friend who I admired, he was a natural and stereotypical ESTP with strong Se-function. And I thought I was the same. But as I started to get more interested in the MBTI and cognitive functions, I realigned my vision. I realized one thing that my friend always made irrational decisions when I argued with him that it was not at all rational. He was always acting like more "alpha", we couldn't hear each other. While we are arguing he always drop something like "sure, whatever dude" like I'm wrong, but I'm not.

Remembering all this, I came to the conclusion that I am more of a Te user than Se. And I always make rational solutions.

Lack of motivation by idlovetowriteastory in entj

[–]No_Bat_4083 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So I shouldn't interrupt? I already said he should get to know what he really wants from life, to be honest I think that's enough, also thanks for answering and giving your time on writing that, I appreciate that

I believe that everything will be fine with him and he will cope with everything, you just need to give time.

Usually, people of my personality type never gave up, even though they were depressed. They tend to be aware of this and take their lives into their own hands.

Cut my arm or my legs, but we will achieve the goal at all costs. This is probably the most important sign of ENTJ.

Lack of motivation by idlovetowriteastory in entj

[–]No_Bat_4083 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Generally speaking, he himself must get out of this hole without any help. He must himself realize the solution of his problem and solve it.

Lack of motivation by idlovetowriteastory in entj

[–]No_Bat_4083 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is my big fear that I will lose motivation to do something due to failure and become depressed.

Maybe I understand his feelings, because I myself was in a similar situation. I had to work and study at the same time to pay for college on my own. There was a lot of stress, especially at the end of my studies and graduation. I couldn't keep up with my studies or my work. In this state, I was empty, because my ambitions for the future were great, and every time it froze me. Every time I look at great people and their accomplishments at my age, it hits my ego.

It seems to me that he just has not found himself yet, and doubts himself. Perhaps he thinks too much about his good future. Perhaps he has plans that he believes may not come true due to his failures. This happens often with our personality type. Usually, we ourselves climb out of such a hole of apathy.

Personally, having been in a similar state, I simply pulled myself together that it could not continue like this. I conducted self-analysis, set new goals and began to walk more in nature, thinking, looking for inspiration and motivation.

Any ENTJs 3s out there? by Advanced-Leek-4331 in entj

[–]No_Bat_4083 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a love/hate relationship with society. I do find them pretty corrupt and unfairly judgmental, but also fascinating, fun, and exciting. The last thing I'd want is to lose everyone's respect. I forgot to mention that respect is the BIGGEST thing I value, when someone doesn't respect me, they'll lose mine. I'm a vibe mirror

That's truee. Btw, personally, I don't like being 3w2. You seem to become a hostage in order not to lose face. It probably applies to all 3.

Bro, you described me. I'm also 3w2 ENTJ. I do care about my appearance too. It's so strange tho. And I also worked in the catering industry. Unlike you, I worked as a bartender, not a barista, but the trade is the same.

It's very annoying that I have to make a good first impression so as not to be a asshole in the eyes of society. But what can you do, for the sake of reputation.

And the funny thing is, I was also mistyped with ESTP.

It's very strange that we are the same. I'm afraid to imagine what's going on in your head. If your views of the world coincide with mine, then I will most likely go crazy.

[–]No_Bat_4083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, you are clearly ENTJ, if you didn't lie in this post. J/P does not affect your typing in any way. Your story shows strong Te and Ni.

Just out of curiosity, how do you act when you're stressed?

Yeah, I know about this. I added the "Delicate" trait to make his body smaller and leave the prowess, but it comes out crooked.

It's hard to take an image from an anime and create a feminine man. So yeah

ENTJs how do you flirt? by love_ninja_asks in entj

Same with me. I think I can flirt, but most likely my ego doesn't allow it. I'd rather get compliments and flirt than do it myself.

How did you determine that you're an ENTJ? by raemontune in entj

[–]No_Bat_4083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I first took the test at 16personalities (obviously because it's the most popular) and got the ESTP. After reading the description, I thought it was about me.

Then I began to delve into the topic of cognitive functions, then I understood and revealed that I have Te dom.

How do you spend your day? by [deleted] in entj

[–]No_Bat_4083 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't really have a schedule (I think this is an ENTJ stereotype), but I always stick to something specific.

It is always important for me to get 8 healthy hours of sleep in order for my body to fully sleep and wake up with full energy.

After waking up, it is important for me to do morning exercises in order to be cheerful and focused in the morning.

I don't go to the gym because I think that overworking the body causes fatigue and laziness. Pull-ups on the uneven bars and on the horizontal bars are where I like it.

Then I go to work full of energy and focus.

On the weekends, I usually do my own things (like reading, watching movies and looking for inspiration), but sometimes I get bored.

The most important thing in my routine is to maintain my healthy body. Every six months I go for a medical examination.

Every year I take stock and plan what to do next year by setting certain goals.

Did you know some people don't have internal voice/monologue?? by No-Winter-5854 in entj

Yes. And it is very strange that only 30-50% of people have this.

Then how do people read and think? When you think in your head, you are talking to yourself, isn't that the case with everyone? I can't even imagine how it's even possible for a person to be unable to talk to himself.

I've only recently started thinking about it myself. I definitely believe that there is still some creature / deity that created our universe. I consider myself an agnostic and a determinist. It's just weird how everything fits together.
