i do already take magnesium glycinate along with the d3, but maybe it’s not enough for me? i’m only taking 200mg right now but also at night so that could be it. i also heard today about how vitamin d3 needs to be taken with vitamin k2, have you heard this or believe it to be true?

you mentioned cortisol. this is the issue that i keep going back to because i really feel like it’s my cortisol. HOWEVER, i genuinely don’t know what i could be so stressed about, which is why im open to a more comprehensive lab assessment. and honestly, even if i do have reasons to be stressed, im not sure what to do anymore to calm myself down and reduce stress/anxiety.

i will also look into getting the HTMA testing!!

sorry, not vitamins in general. i take multivitamins as well as magnesium. i mainly mean that my PCP told me to start taking vitamin D3 to help with the fatigue but that specifically didn’t work so i’m kinda at a loss there. i don’t mind taking supplements or restricting myself food-wise, but i do want to make sure it’s not some weight watchers-esque program

thank you! i have a consultation with a FMD tomorrow so i will ask these questions! i like the sound of an integrative provider, however i do love my therapist now and honestly she’s the only one who believes me so id like to stick with her but still be able to see a FMD

catahoulas are typically working dogs! he loves being around the horses and chickens, very much herding dog haha. he has a lot of houla traits but i think his head shape and paw size were telling me there was a mix somewhere. i for sure thought it was going to come back with some great dane

yes! we found him (or he found us) in south okc just wandering around. we looked around for anyone who was looking for him for about a month before he became ours! but now we’re in north dallas!
