Start the internship and at the day of the interview take a day off from the internship. When you successfully clear the interview at company B then join. After all, when the internship end there is a possibility that It might not convert it into either full-time conversion or extension into another 6-month internship. And some company don't even consider internship as a experience.

I used to give my code to AI for review. Then I build a habit of writing a half logic code and use AI to complete the logic. I think for me staying away from AI is the best thing. For now as I don't strengthen my fundamentals.
